In the summer we offer a fiesta salad that consists of tortilla chip topped with our chile and beans, and garnished with lettuce, tomato, cheese black olives and a healthy dollup of sour cream on top.
For those who don't know about Posole;its' a southwest style hominy stew with New Mexico red and green chile's, large chunks of pork meat and our own special blend of herbs and spices.
